Safe Control can help you examine the amount of particles on
details, in fluids, lubricants and the air. Particles can shorten
the lifespan, destroy constructions and/or affect our environment.
Consequently the demands for cleanliness have increased in later
years, mostly due to higher demands from the larger car and
lorry manufacturers. We can be of assistance with occasional
examinations and/or regularly scheduled checkups to ensure
that the demands for cleanliness you strive for are met.

This is how it works: After separating the particles from detail,
by ultrasonic bath or rinsing, the liquid is passed through a filter
membrane which then is dried in a dessicator. Afterwards we can
with the help of our automated equipment count and measure
the amount of particulates and distinguish metallic and non-
metallic particles as well as fibres. To ensure a correct particle
counting and measuring we use a reference filter with defined
particles according to ISO 16232. Should the need arise
interesting particles can also be analysed in regard to its
chemical structure.

We use state of the art equipment from Jomesa.
